Regional Coordinator Sales & Business Development

Position Summary  

The Regional Coordinator  is responsible for identifying new prospects, nurturing leads, delivering consultative sales presentations, and closing deals. This is a full-cycle sales role requiring strong prospecting, relationship-building, and selling skills across multiple industries, including healthcare, education, government, private and public sectors. Additionally, there will be ongoing training and support for current Independent Service Partners (ISPs) and account management with existing Direct Bill clients. 

Supervision Received:  Reports to the Director of Operations, FFP

                                                     

Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities

  • Increase Direct Bill customer business with medium to large companies and organizations
  • Increase contact between FFP and state/federal agencies needing fingerprints
  • Secure new Independent Service Provider (ISP) partners in high traffic, high demand areas
  • Increase business/number of transactions at individual ISP locations
  • Support already existing FastFingerprints network
  • Provide RFP support as necessary 

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: 

  • Conduct new business development with local, regional, and state offices of high-volume users to establish FastFingerprints as their preferred livescan service provider.

a.    Examples include Florida Healthcare Association, Nursing Home chains, Hospital systems, Nursing schools, Allied Health schools, FL Board of Realtors, etc.

b.    Target market assigned by industry and geographic region, coordinated by the Business Development Manager

  • Research competitors in assigned target market. Identify and report types of business, hours of

operation, appointment requirements, walk-in capabilities, registration process, pricing and

marketing strategies.

a.      Develop strategy to convert prioritized target market to FastFingerprints ISPs

b.      Implement plan to present advantages and differentiators of FastFingerprints ISP model to each target

  • Work with National Background Check, Inc.’s Marketing Coordinator to develop and implement

initiatives to market local ISP services to the professional and public communities, via a variety

of activities including:

a.      Conferences and local events

b.      Direct mail distribution

c.       Email marketing campaigns

d.       Seasonal promotions and discounts

e.       Press releases

f.       Phone campaigns

g.       In-person visits

  • Open / Visit ISP locations within target markets a minimum of two times annually to:

a.       Provide ongoing training to ISPs for existing and new staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy

b.       Create and Introduce ISP Marketing Tool Kit and Plan to support local community marketing by ISPs

c.        Assist with new product/service rollouts by touching bases with ISP network to ensure

that product/services are fully operational

  • Perform mobile fingerprinting appointments when necessary

  • Self-motivated. Ability to operate independently without constant direct supervision
  • Knowledge of livescan industry (preferred, but not required)
  • Experience with CRM systems, data entry, and customer account management preferred.
  • Car is necessary for travel. Mileage will be reimbursed.

 

Education:

 

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
