The Operations Support Specialist will be responsible for all operational services for FastFingerprints (FFP). Serving as one of the primary points of contact for our customers and as a bridge to management, this role will assist with operational issues by managing systems and processes within defined service levels while working to resolve operational and customer issues. The Operations Support Specialist will handle and/or escalate issues as necessary while working to develop preventive measure and documenting issue resolution procedures.  FFP will look to this role to recommend process improvements and improve overall operational efficiency and cost effectiveness by evaluating current operational processes and recommend improvements.  This role will contribute to the growth of the business by helping us provide outstanding customer service, developing and supporting plans that resolve issues and addressing customer concerns promptly and accurately.  The Operations Support Specialist will support the Territory Support Specialist with ordering supplies and creating and maintaining contracts and forms, support front desk fingerprinting and customer service for all telephone, e-mail, and walk-in customers and other administrative duties and support Sales by entering agreements, managing Direct Bills, training customers, etc.
